Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

All parcels are dispatched from our UK based studio.  We aim to send out within 2 working days of receiving the order, however this sometimes takes longer during busy times.   We do not have collection on Weekends so any orders placed from Friday will not go out till Monday at the very earliest.

 

POSTING WITHIN THE UK

We have a standard rate of £5 for p&p within the UK, or free if your order totals over £50.

48 hour tracked Royal Mail service is our preferred method of courier.  You will receive your tracking number as soon as your item has been dispatched.  

FOR USA Orders

We’ve made US shipping simpler — all duties and import fees are now included at checkout (DDP). No surprise customs bills, just your order arriving beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

For All Other International Orders

These prices do not include any applicable local taxes or import duties issued by the customs authorities in the country you are shipping to. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. To avoid any surprises we recommend checking these costs before you place your order.    

 

Northern Ireland

Due to new regulations being introduced we cannot ship to Northern Ireland at this time.  We are working on this urgently

Europe

We do not currently ship to EU Countries due to a new regulation that requires us to have an eu based representative.  This is something we are working on urgently and hope to be back up and running in the EU soon.
